- **Do I need to get screened?**:
  This is a great question. Check out our Sexual Health Questionnaire here or schedule a telemedicine consult if you have questions.
- **How long will my results take?**:
  Your results will generally be available in less than 1 week after you’ve shipped back your test.
- **Are at-home tests accurate?**:
  Yes - and our labs are leaders in direct-to-consumer testing.
- **How does TBD support folks with a disability or chronic illness?**:
  Our goal is to be the easiest way to manage your healthcare on your terms.
- **Do you take insurance?**:
  We do not take insurance at this time, but we are priced lower than out-of-pocket costs associated with STD testing.
- **What happens if I screen positive?**:
  If you screen positive, you’ll schedule a telemedicine consult and our clinicians will help you through next steps.
- **Tell me about window periods.**:
  Each STI has an “stealth phase” after transmission, important to get routinely screened.
- **When do at-home tests expire?**:
  All at-home tests must be registered and returned to the lab within 5 months of purchase.
